Our Process

To get started, we just need a few details about your proposed project. We’ll then come out and make a single visit to your home.

We’ll take a 3D scan so we ‘come back’ virtually whenever we need to.

If you prefer, you can cut the cost further by supplying your own floor plan measurements. You can use a previous architectural drawing, measured sketches or estate agent’s plans – so long as they’re accurate, it doesn’t matter.

We’ll then assign you a designer who will call you (video or phone – your choice) to discuss the project in more detail.

Then, it’s over to our drafting team to come up with your architectural drawings. When the drawings are complete, we’ll send them over by email for your approval. Once you’re 100% satisfied, we’ll send you an invoice for the remaining balance.

Are we architects?

No. We’re architectural technicians. That basically means we specialise in using technology to draw up building plans. So, what you receive from us will be the same, if not better, than what you would receive from an architect – but cheaper and more quickly!
